I love this stone pavement. You see it everywhere in traditional Chinese gardens. The stones have just the perfect amount of space in between - they clink as you walk over them, making just the most delightful sound. I can't believe I'd fall in love with pavement, but my goodness, if I had the opportunity - I'd smash up the driveway, the backyard and lay these beautiful stones down. Taken in GeYuan, YangChow.
