The wines

A pair of old wines alongside dinner. Corks showing some wear and tear, especially the 1995 Pommard. But the 1995 Pomerol cork still clean, with very little weeping. Presented on a platter, as they should be. They've done a noble job for 15 years...a little recognition is well-deserved.
