NV Château de Montgueret, AC Crémant de Loire
The first wine of Dinner in the Winter, 2010. Bubbles are always nice, and this one, a useful aperitif with our tuna. Honeyed fruit, crisp, with a touch of sweetness. Drunk in a tulip glass, of course.
